Australia & US
Processing Times
Orders will be processed within 3 business days (Excludes public holidays).
Tracking details will be sent via email on the day the orders are shipped out.
Australian Deliveries
Within Victoria: Standard delivery is estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Interstate: Standard delivery is estimated at 3–6 business days after dispatch.
US Deliveries
Standard shipping time is estimated at 5–9 business days after dispatch.
International Taxes and Customs Charges
For international orders: please note the customer is responsible for any additional tax, duties or customs charges incurred. These charges vary depending on the country, we suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information regarding import charges. These charges are not including in checkout.
To comply with international shipping laws we must declare the goods as 'Merchandise' and not gift, even if it is intended to be a gift.

Return & Exchange Policy
Change of mind returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Soft Cotton Co. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us. You will need to return your products within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. We will accept returns or exchanges of unused, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging. If we receive the items and they are not in their original condition a refund will not be issued. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions about our return or exchange policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
